Click SafetyNet from the menu bar on top of the Home page.

Click Open from the SafetyNet section on the History pane.
SafetyNet allows you to undo selected System Mechanic actions and revert your computer to its prior state.
Note: SafetyNet allows you to undo the type of actions that
are designated on the SafetyNet tab of
the Options window.
The SafetyNet feature allows for safe and worry-free configurations and can be useful for troubleshooting.
This topic describes how to view actions, undo selected actions, remove actions from display, and export results.
The SafetyNet window displays the actions that System Mechanic has processed. To help you pick the right action, the following information displays for each:
Action. The type of System Mechanic action; for example, Optimize Registry.
Tool. The System Mechanic tool that performed the action; for example Security Flaw Repair.
Performed. The date and time the action was run.
Source. The area of System Mechanic that ran the action; for example, Wizard or Homepage.
The Undo option reverses an action.
Select the action you want to undo.
To select a single action, click on the row to highlight it .
To select
multiple actions, select the check box next to each action.
To select all of the displayed actions, click Select All from the Edit menu. All of the check boxes will be selected. ("Select None" clears all selections.)
Undo the selected actions. If you have:
A single action highlighted : On the left side of the window, click Undo this action; OR, from the Undo menu, click the action name.
Single or
multiple actions selected : From the Undo
menu, click Selected (X actions) [where X
is the number of actions you have selected].
The Purge option removes an action from the list, to help you keep the listing a manageable size. Once an item is purged from the display, you cannot undo it.
Select the action you want to purge.
To select a single action, click on the row to highlight it .
To select
multiple actions, select the check box next to each action.
To select all of the displayed actions, click Select All from the Edit menu. All of the check boxes will be selected. (Select None clears all selections.)
Purge the selected actions. If you have:
A single action highlighted : On the left side of the window, click Purge this action; OR, from the Purge menu, click the action name.
Single or
multiple actions selected : From the Purge
menu, click Selected (X actions) [where X
is the number of actions you have selected].
The Export option allows you to export results for an action to an XML file. Only a single action can be exported.
Select the action that you want to export.
From the Export menu, click the action name.
A standard "Save as" window opens. Navigate to the desired location and save the file.
